At Arcade35, we want you to shop with confidence. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to make it right.

30-Day Return Window You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all accessories included.

How to Start a Return Email us at hello.arcade35@outlook.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. If the item is faulty or damaged, please include a photo. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrived damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us immediately and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — no return required in most cases.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned: opened headsets or earbuds, and any item that has been physically damaged after delivery.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

International Orders We ship globally and welcome international returns. Please note that any customs duties or taxes paid on your original order are non-refundable, as these are collected by your local government and outside our control.

Exchanges We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, simply return the original for a refund and place a new order.
